#transformationtuesday Glutes were NEVER my main focus. It was always my quads and my hammies. I was so fixated on having bigger legs. ButI had a change of heart when I started to notice my quads and hammies were growing but my glutes wasn’t. So I started incorporating my glutes at more and I have more glute focused days. After this work out, I sat in the sauna for 20 mins. When there’s no one in there, it’s really a perfect place to pray and meditate. When I do this practice, I’m reminded, I only have this moment in time, being present and attending to what is in front of me is the only concern I need to have, and there is a God that exists and He’s got things for me to do today...so I need to stay out of His way, and carry out His orders. Starting Tuesday off very well with this attitude. I’m on vaca from work, so I get time to spend with my kids, time to study and time to just be. Also looking forward to a one on one session with my trainer later today. Что касается штангеток, тут такая же история: у большинства конечно найк, если бюджет ограничен, то берут Штангетки SABO ⠀ 🔹Идём дальше, тяжелоатлетический ремень. Хороший от бренда Eleiko. ⠀ 🔹Так, ещё же напульсники или бинты 🤔 👉🏼Напульсники: Eleiko или Mueller 👉🏼Бинты: берите боксёрские ⠀ 🔹Наколенники Тут выбор очень большой, но я перечислю 3 брендах, которые берут тяжелоатлеты: 👉🏼Eleiko 👉🏼Rehband 👉🏼SBD ⠀ 🔹Если брать тренировочную одежду, тут вообще нет определённых брендов😀 Все тренируются в чем удобно, и как правило, не в брендовой одежде😅 ⠀ 🔸У меня трико - найк 🔸Наколенники - Rehband 🔸Напульсники - Mueller их рекомендую хорошая липучка служат мне уже долго 🔸Штангетки Nike Romaleos 2 🔸Ремень - нет бренда 😀 дал папа в начале занятий т/а и я до сих пор с ним😁 ⠀ 📌А вообще национальную сборную по т/а экипирует найк ⠀ Ну что, кто поделится своими брендами-любимчиками и рекомендациями?) #tyo_полезное

One month in the @1stphorm #transphormationchallenge and even though I can’t see a lot of progress I feel a hell of a lot better with more energy and I’ve lost 1 1/2” off my waist. I feel like my butt has gotten more firm along with the fat on the outside of my arms seems to have lessened and can’t see as much cellulite. Only posting these back progress pictures because im not totally ready to post the front and sides, mostly because you can barely see any difference and with the back you can see the most progress. This has been the longest I’ve consistently gone to the gym in years. I was worried my shoulders would cause a lot of issues since they’re messed up from work, but I’m able to tweak most of the workouts so my shoulders don’t pop and hurt so much and get them done. I actually enjoy going to the gym again 🙌🏻 The first three weeks I wasn’t tracking all my food like I should have but the past week and a half I’ve logged every single thing and been hitting my macro goals +/- a few grams.
