Ricetta dahl di lenticchie rosse 🌱 100gr lenticche rosse Brodo vegetale (acqua, sedano, carota, cipolla, sale) 200gr salsa di pomodoro 150ml panna vegana di cocco Olio evo ½ scalogno ½ spicchio d’aglio 1 carota piccola Zenzero fresco Peperoncino essicato Spezie (cumino, curcuma e paprika) Coriandolo fresco Mandorle tostate Yogurt vegano di latte di cocco Preparate il brodo vegetale con acqua, 1 gambo di sedano, 1 carota, 1 cipolla e sale q.b. In un tegame versate un pochino di olio EVO e aggiungete mezzo scalogno finemente tritato, una carota grattugiata, mezzo spicchio d’aglio, un pezzetto di zenzero fresco grattugiati, un pizzico di peperoncino essiccato. Fate soffriggere e aggiungete le spezie: 1 cucchiaino di curcuma, 1 di cumino e 1 di paprika. Quando il soffritto sarà pronto aggiungete la salsa di pomodoro e le lenticchie (precedentemente sciacquate), allungate con 2/3 mestoli di brodo, coprite con un coperchio e lasciate cuocere a fuoco basso per 18/20 min, continuando ad aggiungere brodo se necessario. Cinque minuti prima di aver terminato la cottura aggiungete la panna di cocco. Guarnite con coriandolo fresco tritato, 5/6 mandorle tostate e un cucchiaio di yogurt di latte di cocco. Red lentils dahl recipe 🌱 100gr red lentils Vegetable broth 200gr tomato sauce 150gr coconut milk cream Olive oil ½ shallot ½ clove of garlic 1 small carrot Fresh ginger Dried chili pepper Spices (turmeric, cumin, paprika) Fresh coriander Toasted almonds Veg cocunut milk yogurt Prepare some vegetable broth with water, 1 celery, 1 carrot, 1 onion and salt. In a saucepan, pour a little bit of olive oil and add half shallot finely chopped, a grated carrot, half a clove of garlic, a piece of grated fresh ginger, a pinch of dried chilli. Fry and add the spices: 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 of cumin and 1 of paprika. Then add the tomato sauce and the lentils (previously rinsed), add 2/3 ladles of broth, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 18/20 min, continuing to add broth if necessary. Five minutes before finishing cooking, add the coconut cream. Serve with chopped fresh coriander, 5/6 toasted almonds and a spoonful of coconut milk yogurt as toppings.

Voici la recette hyper facile à réaliser de mon Coco-Cashew Chia Pudding : la veille, mélangez 2 cas de graines de chia avec 4 cas de lait végétal à la noix de coco et noix de cajou. Rajoutez quelques noix de cajou entières et laissez reposer le mélange au frais durant la nuit. Le lendemain, rajoutez 100g de yaourt au lait de coco @ya.desserts puis mixez dans un petit robot. We eat first with our eyes they say 😍 so if you struggle with eating veggies try to make it more fun :) . #whatsonmyplate : carrots and zucchini spaghetti made with the Juice Expert 5 by @magimix ( my passion 😍) I cooked them some minutes in a pan with ghee, pink himalayan salt and pepper. Delish 😍 Hasselback potatoes, beets ketchup and half an avo 😍 . Recipe for the beet ketchup : - 2 cooked beets - lemon juice - pink himalayan salt - pepper. Some minutes in a blender and it's done. My top 3 fav recipes for sure 😍😍 . #whatsonmyplate : roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil and herbes de Provence in a airfryer, then you add smashed avocado with lemon juice/salt/pepper and some cherry tomatoes 😍 . Again my motto : the easiest the yummiest 💛🥰 . Only 3 ingredients and paradise in your mouth! . Highly highly recommend you to test that out 😍😍 .
